Most people prefer two or three regularly scheduled 60-minute sessions per month or one 60-minute group session per week.

Confidentiality is valued and practiced. Details will be discussed at initial consultation.

During your session, you will:
• Set your agenda.
• Uncover goals/gaps in understanding.
• Gain understanding and clarity.
• Rise above habitual thinking.


As your life coach, I will:
• Listen to you fully without mental distraction or personal judgment.
• Educate and empower you.
• Impart understanding of human experience and behavior in simple terms.
• Help you tap into your own wisdom and well-being.


• Through this understanding, you will experience personal insights, which will
create healthy and positive shifts within you.
• Because these insights come from you, they are easily sustainable.
• You will continue to grow in your understanding, which will create a change in
how you feel and behave.
